The Wash N Go website and mobile web app are designed to provide location, gift card, Unlimited Club, and customer support information. We may collect basic information you voluntarily provide when calling, contacting us, purchasing through a linked portal, or managing a membership.
Payment and Membership Portal
Memberships and gift card purchases are handled through the Wash N Go payment portal at washngooh.mywashaccount.com. Payment details are submitted to that portal and are not stored in this static website or mobile web app.
Location and Device Information
The app includes map links and phone links for customer convenience. It does not require customers to create an in-app account, upload documents, or grant location access to use the basic app pages.
Cookies and Analytics
The current static website and mobile web app do not require tracking cookies to function. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy should be updated before launch of those tools.
Third-Party Links
The site and app link to Google Maps, phone dialer links, and the Wash N Go payment portal. Those services may process information under their own privacy policies.
